1. FEATURES

2. COST FOR HOLIDAY RENTING 

The published prices are always per week. Arrivals and Departures on Saturday in summer season. The rest of the year it is more flexible and Minimum stays are 7 nights .

The price includes:  Fully equipped accommodation, internet, linen (sheets and bath towels), water, air conditioning, electricity. The linen is changes weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

Please make responsible use of electricity. If you exceed 60 Kw/week you will be invoiced for the difference of €0.45 per kw.

Final cleaning of the house 

The price does not includes: 

- Electricity from November to March.

3.  LONG TERM RENTAL

 - Long term minimum 2 months from October to May (NOT INCLUDING THE SUMMER MONTHS).

- To include the summer months the minimum rental is 11 months. 

- To rent less than 11 months including the summer months, a price increase would be applied depending on the length of the stay.

 

Proof of financial solvency is required.

We are flexible when it comes to paying the rent, but if you do not have an employment contract in Spain, it is normal to request payment of the rent in full in advance plus a deposit, or in 2 partial payments with 1 deposit.The second payment would be made before may 1st.

 

INCLUDED in the price: Fully equipped and furnished accommodation, with kitchen utensils and appliances, sheets and bath towels. Community Fee. 

NOT INCLUDED in the price: The costs of using the house, such as electricity, water, internet fee, municipal garbage collection fee and final cleaning of the house. 

4. HOW CAN I DO THE BOOKING?  

Bookings can be made by form or e-mail, completing date on wiich you wish to stay at the accommodation and the names and surnames, sex and age of all people. Then I will check your information and in a short time you will receive our e-mail confirming your booking option and the following documents: Renting Cost, Bank Account and Rental Contract Option. 

Will only be considered a firm booking once the first stipulated payment has been received, which must be made within a maximum term of 4 working days. 

The remaining amount must be paid as stipulated in the rental contract.  

5. HOW CAN I KNOW THAT  MY BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE CORRECTLY?  

On receipt of your first payment, for security purposes, you will receive by email your final contract, with confirmation of the payment made, and the arrival instructions. 

6. PAYMENT METHOD ACCEPTED  

We accept payments by bank transfer and cash.

1st payment, 40% at confirmation of booking by transfer bank.

2nd payment 60% in cash and guarantee deposite refundable in cash on handing over of keys.  

Bookings made with less than 30 days of your arrival: 

1st. payment,  50% at confirmation of booking by transfer bank.

2nd. payment 50% in cash and guarantee deposite refundable in cash on handing over of keys.   

7. WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE DEPOSIT AND HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Refundable security Deposit. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you.

This deposit is used as a guarantee of the proper use, and care of the furniture, equipment and proper compliance with the terms and conditions for entering and leaving.

Said amount shall be provided in cash on the day of arrival, and shall not be debited except in cases of litigation.   

8. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?  

Arrivals and departures will be made on Saturdays in summer season, the rest of the year it is more flexible.

The arrival time will be between 16:00 PM. and 20:30 PM hrs. in summer season, the rest of the year it is more flexible.

The arrival instructions will become available by e-mail once the booinkg is made.

The owners of the house will deliver the key to the house directly to you.

Should you be unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please contact our telephone or by Whatsapp. 

A supplement of 50€ shall be paid in cash if you arrive after 21:00 pm.

If 48 hours without having received any news from the client, we will consider the booking cancelled, with no right to any kind of reimbursement. 

9. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DEPARTURE DAY?  

Unless changes have been indicated in the contract, departures will take place on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. AM during the summer season, the rest of the year is more flexible. 

On the day of departure, the client can stay in the pool until the time they want.

Clients who wish to leave before the time or day provided for in the contract must notify the owner by phone or by WhatsApp to arrange the return of the keys to the accommodation, while if the owner could not travel to the accommodation, the deposit of The guarantee would be returned to them after 7 days maximum by bank transfer, once the perfect condition of the house has been verified. 

At the end of the contract, the client will leave the house at the time and day indicated in the contract and will return the keys to the house. Otherwise, the owner will invoice the following days for triple the rental price in the form of compensation. 

10. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEM?  

We will provide you with an emergency telephone number available 24 hours a day, where you can notify us of any problem (with installations or utilities for instance) and thus solve it as quickly as possible. 

11. HANDING OVER THE KEYS AND LEAVING THE PROPERTY  

The keys will be handed over at the address, date and time indicated in the booking contract voucher. Should clients arrive outside these hours, on public holidays or a Sunday, they must contact us by telephone or SMS in order to coordinate the handover of keys. In these cases it is normal to be charged a supplementary fee.  

The accommodation will be left before 11 AM, in the same state as it was handed over, tidy and with no accumulated rubbish. If this is not the case, clients will be charged a supplementary fee, or in serious cases, they will lose their deposit. See specific terms and conditions. 

12. DEPARTURE AND REFOUNDING OF GUARANTEE DEPOSIT AND KEYS 

The departure day (on Saturdays at 11:00 AM hrs in summer seaon.) the owner will check the condition of the accommodation  together with the tenant so that the guarantee deposit can be returned. 

The Clients wishing to leave before the time or day stated in the agreement must notify it to the owner by telephone or WhatsApp and the guarantee deposit will be given back to them by transfer bank on the next 7 days after their departure, once the perfect condition of the house has been checked.  

13. NUMBER OF PEOPLE

Maximum capacity of 4 people, only those persons whose name appears on the Booking Form may use the property. 

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.  

The owner reserves de right to cancel the rental in case of reasonable doubt regarding the possibility of clients causing serious damage to the property. Non-compliance with the conditions of use and/or leaving will lead to the automatic cancellation of the contract and to the loss of the guarantee deposit. See specific terms and conditions. 

14. CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your stay after the contract has started, you must indicate it as quickly as possible to our e-mail info@casagirole.com or by WhatsApp on the telephone number indicated in point 1.

As we incur costs from the moment we confirm your reservation, if it is not possible to rebook your period of stay, cancellation charges will be charged based of the reservation deposit. 

The owner reserves the right to immediately annul or cancel the rental once it has started in case of reasonable doubt about the possibility of causing serious damage to the property, returning the proportional amount pending for the stay and retaining the entire deposit in case of serious property damage.

15.  GENERAL TERMS AND RULES

We expect our clients to act with respect, without causing disturbances that prevent the normal rest of the residents of the community.

The client is not allowed to move the furniture of the house from its initial location, in case of breaching this rule the owner could withhold part of the guarantee deposit delivered. 

The price of the stay does not include any type of travel, theft, accident or civil liability insurance derived from the action of the client to other people or things, so the owner of the house is not responsible for any eventuality that could happen to the client in the situations described inside or outside the home. 

In the event that any appliance stops working or a fault is observed in the water, electricity, and gas installations, the client must promptly notify the owner. 

Pets are not allowed. If the contrary is proven, the owner reserves the right to cancel the vacation contract immediately, as well as to take the pertinent legal actions, in addition to withholding the guarantee deposit in the event that the pet has caused damage to the home. , dirt or any other type of damage. 

The client must not accumulate rubbish inside or outside the contracted accommodation, and must deposit it using bags for use in the container closest to the house. Otherwise, the owner reserves the right to withhold part of the guarantee for this reason. 

Once the time agreed in the contract has elapsed, the clients must return the keys to the owner on the day of departure at 11 a.m., and once the house has been inspected, the guarantee deposit will be returned to the clients. 

In the event of loss of the key to the pool or the accommodation by the client, the client must pay a supplement of €25, which will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.

Groups of more than 2 adults of the same sex are not accepted in the case of men. 

Smoking is not accepted inside the house, although it is possible on the terrace or garden. 

Having a car to travel to the house is essential. 

Plot not adapted for the disabled with wheelchairs and not recommended for people with difficulty going up or down stairs.  

The owner reserves the right to void or cancel the rental in case of reasonable doubt about the possibility of causing serious damage to the property.
